Bookings

Please fill in our reservation request form or contact us directly to request a booking. We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard, Bankcard, American Express and Diners Club. On receipt of your reservation request, we will call you to confirm your reservation and obtain your credit card details.

Booking terms & conditions

Arrival time:	After 12:30 pm
Departure time:	By 10:00 am - late checkout by prior arrangement only and may incur an extra cost.
Confirmation deposit:	We will need your credit card details to confirm your booking.
Cancellation policy:	If more than 24 hours notice is given, we will refund your deposit in full. If a cancellation is received within 24 hours of scheduled arrival date, or in the event that you do not show on the scheduled arrival date, we will debit your credit card with one nights accommodation.
Holiday bookings:	Peak period surcharges may apply.

Rules of the House

1. Guests and invitee of guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests within the property.
2. A breach of any House Rules may result in the summary eviction of the offender at the discretion of the manager.
3. A breach of house rules includes:
(i) noisy, offensive and/or unruly behavior;
(ii) damage to or destruction of property;
(iii) improper or unseemly conduct;
(iv) any act or omission which, in the opinion of the Manager, adversely affects or brings discredit upon the Manager, owner or other guests.

Notice about loss of Guests Property (Traveler Accommodation Providers (Liability) Act 2001)

The Traveler Accommodation Providers (Liability) Act 2001 changes the common law about innkeeper's liability. Under the act, an accommodation provider may be liable to make good any loss of a guest's property in certain circumstances even though the loss is not caused by the fault of the accommodation provider, or the provider's agent.
